The metallic painted parts indicate that this is probably the Takara version of Optimus that will mostly be on sale in Asia, however the basic look of the toy will likely match the version available in the U.S.
The toy appears to be poseable, but it seems to lack the complexity and detail that made previous versions of the movie version of Optimus Prime so highly sought after by kids and collectors alike.
